PAYMENT POLICY
* DEPOSIT: A deposit equivalent to a minimum of one night's accomodation charge per room booked is due 3 days prior arrival. The Hotel reserves the right to release all room not guaranteed by deposit unless a separate written credit arrangement have been agreed to in writting by both contracting parties
* PAYMENT: The hotel will send an anvoice 14(Fourteen)days prior to the guest arrival date. Payment in full for all charges must be settled before the guest checks in, unless a separate written Credit Agreement had been agreed to in writing by both contracting parties. Incidental charges must be settled in full prior to guest's departure. Company acknowledges that all arriving guests will be required to provide a credit card or cash deposit to cover any outstanding room night accomodation and anticipated incidental
* OUTSTANDING/LATE PAYMENT: In the event Credit is approvided and the outstanding balance is greater than 30 days; all future booking held by the hotel will be subject to release. Should the ammount in arrears greater than 30days not be settled by the due date established by the hotel, the Company Agrees to a Late Payment Assessment fee of 20%, applied to the total amount in arears over 30 days.
* METHOD OF PAYMENT: Cash or Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the agent/sender.
