a.No cancellation fee:
If the cancellation is made 48hour(Individual) or 14days(group) prior to the guests arrival.
b.50% charges of the price 1(one)night:
If the cancellation is made within 24hour(individual) or 7days(group)prior to the guest arrival.
c.100% charge of the price of 1(one)night:
If the cancellation is made on sameday(individual) or 72hours(group)of the guest arrival.
d."no show"will be charged one night's room charges on each room blooked,food and beveranges or other inquiry as stated on Guarentee/Booking Letter and all deposits are non refundable.
