a.No Cancellation Fee:
If the cancellation is made 48hours(Individual)or 14days(group)prior to the guests'arrival
b.50% charges of the price of 1(one)night:
If the cancellation is made within 24hours(Individual)or 7days(Group)prior to the guests'arrival
c.100% charge of the price of 1(one)night:
If the cancellation is made on the sameday(Individual)or 72hours(Group)of the guests'arrival
d."No Show"will be charged one night'sroom charges on each room blocked, food and beveranges or other inquiry as stated on Guarentee/Booking Letter and all deposit are Non-Refundable
