Cancellation and No Show Policy
If any confirm reservation is cancelled, the hotel must receive a written notice from the company at least 2(two)days prior to the arrival.
Each no show without cancellation notice will be charged at the full contract rate for the first night only.
Method of Payment
* Payment method must be stated at the time of booking in written.
* Payment will be made by the guest upon departure, at the hotel by cash or credit cards.
* In case you do not have existing credit facilities with the hotel.Payment in full all changes must be settled before check-out in cash or by credit card unless separate written credit arrangement have been agreed by both parties. please take note that if you have s credit with the hotel,payment has to be settled in full within 14 day
