CANCELLATION CHARGES/NO-SHOW
For any cancellation,the hotel must receive a notice at least 24hours(normal season) and 7days(high season)prior to scheduled arrival,and should the guest did not arrive(no show), the Hotel shall have the prerogative to levy a one-night room charge to booking agent
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Full-payment must be received by the hotel by Bank transfer at least 7days prior to arrival of the guest;otherwise, the hotel collect direct from the guest at Published Rate.This clause will not be applicable if both contracting parties have agreed upon separate written credit arrangements.Full-payment can be sent to our bank as follow:
