CANCELLATION or NO-SHOW POLICY
a.No cancelled fee:
If the cancellation is made 48hour(individual) or 14days(group)prior to the guest arrival.
b.50% charges of the price of 1(one)night:
If the cancellation is made within 24hour(individual)or 7days(group)prior to the guest arrival.
c.100% charge of the price of 1(one)night:
If cancellation is made on the sameday (Individual)or 72hours(group)of the guest arrival.
d."no show"will be charged one night's room charges on each room blooked, food and beveranges or other inquiry as stated on Guarantee/Booking Letter and all deposits are Non-Refundable
