CANCELLATION or NO SHOW POLICY
a.No Cancellation Fee:
If the cancellation is made 48hours(Individual)or 14days(Group)priorr to the guests' arrival
b.50% charges of the price of 1(one)night:
If cancellation is made within 24hours(Individual)or 7days(Group)prior to the guests' arrival
c.100% charge of the price 1(one)night:
If cancellation is made on the sameday(Individual)or 72hours(Group)of the guests' arrival
"No Show" will be charged one night's room charges on each room blocked,food and beveranges or other inquiry as stated on Guarantee/Booking Letter all deposit are Non-Refundable.
