* Grand Deluxe: Published Rp.1.361.250, we price Rp.799.775
* Junior Suite: Published Rp.1.450.000, we price Rp.1.061.475
* Excecutive Suite: Published Rp.1.950.000, we price Rp.1.427.500
* Presidential Suite: Published Rp.3.650.000, we price Rp.2.671.982
Cancellations or "No Show" policy
A. For individual
The charge will be applied on guaranted room, food & beverange or other inquiry(if any) as stated on Booking or Guarantee Letter signed by authorized person.
* No Cancellation Fee:
If the cancellation is made 48hour prior to the guests'arrival.
* 50% charges of the price of 1(one) night:
If the cancellation is made within 24hours prior the guests'arrival.
* 100% charge of the price of 1(one)night:
If the cancellation is made on the same day of the guests'arrival.
B. For Group:
The charge will be applied on guaranteed room, food & beverange or the other inquiry(if any) as stated on Booking or Guarantee Letter signed by authorized person.
* No Cancellation Fee:
If the cancellation is made 14(fourteen)days before the guests'arrival.
* 50% Charges of the price of 1(one)night:
If the cancellation is made within 7(seven)days prior to the guests'arrival.
* 100% charge of the price of 1(one)night:
If the cancellation is made within 72hours(3days)prior the guests'arrival.
