* Exe.Superior: Published Rp.1.500.000, harga kami Rp 701.650
* Business Suite: Published Rp.2.300.000, harga kami Rp.1.220.725
* Grand Suite: Published Rp.2.750.000, harga kami Rp.1.870.000
* Presidential Suite: Published Rp.6.000.000, harga kami Rp.6.215.000
* Extra Bed: Rp 275.000
Cancellation and No Show Policy
1.Cancellation should be received in writing by the hotel reservation departement at least 24hours before the arrival date
2.All"No Show" and reservations not cancelled will be charged at the full contract rate for the first night only
Payment
1.Payment method must be stated at the time of booking
2.Payment will be made by the guest on departure,at the hotel by cash or accepted credit card
3.In case you do not have existing credit facilities with the hotel,reservations can only be accepted with prepayment of one night deposit.Payment in full for all charges must be settled before check-out in cash or by credit card unless separate written credit arrangements have been agreed by both parties
4.All payment must be made either direct to Novotel Batam or to:
