CANCELLATION/NO SHOW
If any confirmed group reservation is cancelled, the hotel must receive a written notice from the company at least 7(seven)days before the group arrival. In the case written notice is not received within the time limit mentioned above or in the event that the group is no show,a one-night charge will be applicable automatically
